Richwoods Homeowner’s Association is charged with preserving, protecting and enhancing commonly owned assets. The Board of Directors and staff does this through careful management of the budget, building good relationships with qualified contractors and experts, providing expert advice to the Board of Directors, reasonable enforcement of the documents and building positive relationships with our homeowners.
Staff serves at the will of the Board of Directors, who determine the budget and policies. They also represent the homeowners to the Board of Directors when the situation is warranted. The Board of Directors is comprised of members of the development team and two homeowners. This will be the case throughout the development process,
