Amenity Center Reservations
he Amenity Center is available to homeowners by reservation only. The Amenity Center is to be rented out for special events and parties, not for Political, Religious and/or Business profit making purposes. We have a beautiful clubhouse to be used and during the summer, we also have a pool that can be used for small parties. For availability please contact the HOA Office at 214-872-4949 or email Lisa Fitzgerald. Please note that deposit will be held for failure to return the amenity to the original condition.
For rentals, prices are give to a block of 6 hours which may begin after 5:00 PM on weekdays and after 10:00 AM on weekends. All rentals must end by 1:00 AM. All events that include alcohol require a guard. The Amenity Center has a maximum occupancy of 120. It includes a bar and kitchen with a microwave and a refrigerator. This amenity room is furnished, however you are not allowed to move the furniture in the Great Room. All reserved areas must be cleaned up prior to the end of the event. If you are using balloons, please make sure they are weighted down, to ensure they do not get caught in the light fixtures or ceiling fans. ONLY use double sided tape or blue painters tape for decorating. You are not allowed to cook on premises, however you may use warming trays. The allowed number of guest per room are per the fire marshal, please make sure you do not go past the room capacities. Failure to abide by these rules, could lead to losing your deposit.

Use of the projector in the Porch Room is an additional $500 to the deposit.
